Orbital X is a multi‑function, stack‑style plate processor designed for water‑wash plates. It combines washout, exposure, and drying in one unit, with optional detack or post‑expose sections.The Whirl-A-Way CL50 removes polymer residue and extends the lifeof washout solutions. This low-maitenance system uses centrifugal force to separate suspended polymer solids from water flexo washout solutions. The solids are collected in a disposable plastic bag while the clean washout solution is recirculated back into the system for reuse and improved efficiency. The Whirl-A-Way CL-50 is a simple to use system with components easily accessed from the front.
